Are you looking for an employee to support you with your research, for example a research nurse or a data employee? Or would you like to place your PhD candidate with us on a payroll basis for the duration of the research? CTCM has qualified research personnel for temporary support during studies. 

Together we search for the most suitable solution for your personnel needs, varying from research assistant to researcher to medical doctor. We take into account the study duration, required or desired competencies and experience, the available budget and the expected capacity distribution. You can indicate in what form and quantity you want to deploy personnel. These may be employees for a fixed number of hours per week, but also employees who work on an on-call basis. This way you always remain flexible. CTCM can also provide suitable replacement in the event of illness, holiday or maternity leave.

Our professionals have extensive experience in the field of research and help you with finding qualified personnel such as research nurses, data specialists and researchers. If necessary, CTCM will provide training for your employee, such as following a GCP or BROK training. The employee(s) are recruited, selected and employed by us. Of course, you also have the option of nominating employees yourself. The functional management is done by you, so that you have full control over the deployment of the employees.
