Contract and budget management

CTCM is the contract partner for externally funded research on behalf of Maastricht UMC+. If you want to conduct a clinical study with Maastricht UMC+ as a participating center, CTCM will ensure the establishment of adequate contracts on behalf of Maastricht UMC+. This sets out agreements between the parties involved (on the one hand, the sponsor, funding party, CRO or study vendor; on the other hand, CTCM on behalf of Maastricht UMC+) about each party’s tasks and responsibilities with regard to funding , design and conduct of the research. We also manage the finances, from budget to final settlement (budget management). CTCM is familiar with the current legal and financial laws and regulations in this regard.
